Multi-turn electric actuator is an actuator with an output angle greater than 360°. It is suitable for valves with multi-turn motion or linear motion, such as gate valves, globe valves, regulating valves and other similar valves. It can also be used with 90°. The worm gearbox is used to drive angular stroke valves such as butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves and other similar valves.

Operational safety
Class F insulated motor with 2 temperature switches at different positions of the motor winding to monitor the motor temperature. The redundant design guarantees the safety of motor operation (optional H class).
Moisture-proof heaters
The electric actuator is equipped with a moisture-proof heating resistor inside to Remove the internal condensation to prevent the electrical components from being attacked.
Safe manual operation
The ergonomic clutch handle allows the actuator to be switched to manual operation with the handwheel in case of emergency or commissioning. The clutching device allows effective and safe disconnection of the motor drive, ensuring safe operation of the personnel.
Infrared Remote Control
Intelligent actuators can provide different remote control setters according to different application requirements. The remote control is portable for general places, and intrinsically safe for hazardous places.
Multi-turn absolute encoder
The 24-bit multi-turn optical absolute encoder can achieve a position record of not less than 1024 revolutions with a minimum resolution of less than 0.1% (EFMT's minimum resolution is 5.) The absolute value design ensures accurate recording of valve positions under power loss conditions.
Worm gear assembly
The worm gears are made of high-strength alloy steel and highly wear-resistant bronze alloy worm gears, and we have developed a worm gear teething gauge for their characteristics.
High speed output
EFMT can provide 192rpm electric The EFMT can be used for fast-running valves or facilities with more flexible gearboxes.
Non-Invasive Operation
The non-through-shaft magnetic switch design is controlled by the actuator's internal Hall switch, and features a near/near/disable knob, and an on/off/stop button (knob), along with an indicator light and LCD screen for non-intrusive field control operation.
High-performance microprocessor
Intelligent electric actuator adopts high performance microprocessor to collect valve position, torque and other operating information in real time, and logical operation to truly reflect the operating status of the actuator, real-time monitoring and management data for the actuator. It can provide reference for the maintenance of the actuator by monitoring the management data in real time.

Components
- Lifting ring: Easy to handle and use for on-site installation and construction
- Double-sealed structure of the wiring chamber: during the actuator installation and The electric actuator is well sealed inside during the actuator installation and test.
- Up to 51 terminals, no need to install special wiring brass ring. The direct connection is possible without the need to install special wiring brass rings, which makes the field installation easier.

Time position curve
The curve shows the trend of the actuator’s operation up to now, showing the number of times the actuator has passed in the corresponding position.
Average torque curve
The average torque curve in the open and closed directions records the average output torque of the actuator in the corresponding positions in the two directions, and provides an overview of the operating load of the actuator.
Operating trend curve
The curve shows the cumulative number of positions corresponding to the control signals received by the actuator so far.
